About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from a plot of approximately 0.3 ha in the commune of Parella, around 450 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo spontaneous fermentation without temperature control, with approximately one month of skin contact.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in old oak barrels, then clarifies naturally in steel before bottling.
Tasting profile
Layered and complex, with a lively character, textured structure and subtle minerality.

Production totalled 3,619 bottles.
