About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The estate is located in the municipality of Montecorvo, where its 4 ha of vineyards lie on the southwest-facing slopes of Mount Epomeo. The area has a cool Mediterranean climate.
Vinification
The local varieties are harvested over three seasons from September to December. The grapes undergo skin maceration before the must is fermented. Secondary fermentation takes place in oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine ages for 18 months in oak barrels, followed by at least 5 months in bottle.
