About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in volcanic soils on the Monte Zoppega hills.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late October. After gentle pressing and cold static settling, alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks. Midway through fermentation, the wine is transferred to barriques to complete fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is carried out when needed.
Ageing
Depending on the vintage, the wine ages in barrels for 6–7 months.
