About this wine
Vinification
Trebbiano di Soave is harvested in late September and Garganega in mid-October. The varieties are vinified separately: Trebbiano di Soave is protected from oxygen to preserve its aromatic character, while Garganega undergoes traditional vinification.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine remains on its lees until March. The two components are then blended and bottled.

Fresh and fruity, with an aromatic character preserved through oxygen-free handling of the Trebbiano di Soave.
