About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the oldest vineyards in Monte Zoppega and Monte Tondo.
Vinification
Harvest runs from the second half of September to the end of October. The grapes are placed in crates and dried in dedicated rooms until March. After pressing, fermentation begins in barriques.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees in barrels until mid-December, then rests for several months in steel tanks before bottling. It subsequently matures in bottle for around one year.
