About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the “Nizza” vineyard in Incisa Scapaccino.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand during the first week of October. They are immediately destemmed and pressed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of up to 30 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 30 months in 25 hL French oak barrels.
