About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are located in hilly country between the provinces of Gibellina and Alcamo, at 450 m above sea level, with a north-eastern exposure.
Vinification
After pressing, the must is cooled to 10 °C and macerated at low temperature for 12 hours to extract aromas and flavours. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 10–12 °C for 13–15 days.
