About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the producer’s vineyards, which have limestone and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in September and gently pressed at the winery. Vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in steel tanks using the Charmat method.
