About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the winery’s own vineyards, which have calcareous clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in September and gently pressed before vinification in stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle with natural yeast, following the traditional ancestral method (ancestrale).
