About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 330 m above sea level and are planted at a density of 4,800 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from early to mid-September. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 12 days at 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks on fine lees for 4–6 months.
