About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the company’s vineyards in the Asti region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 18 °C. Secondary fermentation follows the Charmat method, with 30 days in autoclaves.

Casa Martelletti is based in the small village of Cocconato, in the heart of the province of Asti, and has belonged to Perlino since 2004. Its wines are presented in distinctively designed bottles.
