About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Veneto on clay soils with basalt deposits.
Vinification
The wine is made by the Charmat method. Secondary fermentation lasts 10 days in oxygen-free stainless-steel tanks and is stopped with cold air when the alcohol reaches 11%.
Ageing
It rests on the lees for 30 days.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with white meat, fish, seafood, Mediterranean salads, sushi, fresh creamy cheeses and vegetarian dishes.
Label / history
It received a gold medal at the 2018 Asia Wine Trophy and a silver medal at Mundus Vini 2018.
