About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Perlino’s own vineyards in the Asti region.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 18–19 °C. A 30-day secondary fermentation follows in autoclaves using the Charmat method. Fermentation is stopped to retain approximately 80 g/L of natural residual sugar.

Casa Martelletti has belonged to Perlino since 2004 and is based in the small village of Cocconato, in the province of Asti. Its wines are presented in distinctively designed bottles.
