About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from different parts of Piedmont and is harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
The base wine undergoes secondary fermentation by the Charmat method in sealed stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18–20 °C. The finished sparkling wine is bottled under pressure.

Elegant, delicate and balanced, with an inviting aroma.
