About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in different parts of Piedmont and harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
Fermentation of the base wine is stopped before completion to retain gentle natural sweetness. The wine is then made by the Charmat method, undergoing a second fermentation in sealed steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18–20 °C before being bottled under pressure.

Elegant, delicate and balanced, with subtle floral and fruity aromas and a soft palate.
