About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified using traditional sparkling-wine methods. Secondary fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 18–19 °C and is halted with around 80 g/L of residual sugar remaining.
Tasting profile
A bright Muscat aroma leads to a delicate, pleasantly sweet palate and a harmonious finish.
