Vinification
Natural herbs and spices are steeped in alcohol for at least 30 days. The resulting botanical extract is blended with Trebbiano wine, alcohol and sugar, and natural food colouring is added.

The tradition behind this style of vermouth is traced to the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates, who added extracts of aromatic herbs to wine for medicinal purposes.
