About this wine
Vinification
An infusion of wormwood and other aromatic herbs is macerated for 30 days. The resulting distillate is blended with white wine and sugar syrup according to an Italian recipe.
Serving and pairing
Serve as an aperitif over ice with lemon zest, or use in cocktails.
