About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes come from the Majano plot in the municipality of Neive, at 180 metres above sea level. The soils are sandy clay.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control.

Ageing

The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels of various sizes, then rests for 6 months in bottle in the winery's cellars.

Vintage notes

2022: rainfall was scarce, and the winemakers worked to cope with the drought. The grapes that the drought did not affect were of high quality and gave aromatic wines.

Label / history

The wine is named after the Majano plot.
