About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the northern slopes of Mount Etna at 600 m above sea level. The vines are 40–80 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October, gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Supple and complex, with a distinctive, bright mineral character.
