About this wine
Vinification
For the 2024 vintage, the grapes were hand-harvested on 26–27 August, then destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation lasted 7–8 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, with regular pump-overs to maintain freshness and keep the must moving. During the final stage, the temperature was raised from 12 to 25 °C. The wine remained on the skins for a further 10–13 days, then underwent malolactic fermentation until January 2025.
Ageing
The wine rested in stainless-steel tanks until December 2025, allowing it to reach balance.
Tasting profile
Bright and expressive, with fresh berry notes and a touch of spice. The palate has a soft texture and lively acidity.
