About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Tuscany on limestone soils rich in white seashells, which contribute elegance and complexity.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are not sorted. Whole clusters are gently pressed, and the juice is chilled to 8 °C. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 18 °C for 20 days.
Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees in steel tanks for around 60 days at a stable temperature before bottling.
