About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are organically grown on limestone soils rich in white marine shells.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, crushed and placed in concrete tanks for spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts. Part of the wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine ages for eight months in French oak barrels.
