About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from a vineyard on the Faedo hill, at 300 m above sea level. Its geology comprises mainly sandstone, siltstone, loamy rock, limestone and dolomite.
Vinification
The grapes are processed without exposure to oxygen to preserve their natural aromas and antioxidants, using a patented method developed by Pojer e Sandri.
Tasting profile
The 2011 vintage has a rich flavour and an appealing texture. Floral and fruity aromas combine harmoniously, while the palate is slightly spicy, soft and creamy, with pronounced acidity and the capacity to open further over time.
