About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in volcanic clay and sandy soils and have an average age of 29 years. The vineyards are farmed organically, and the grapes are harvested by hand.
Vinification
Half of the must ferments on the skins in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees, with 60% aged in stainless-steel tanks and the remainder in oak barrels. It is bottled by hand without fining or filtration.
