About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown using biodynamic methods and harvested at full ripeness.
Grapes
Depending on the vintage, the blend may include around 10% of other varieties, such as Merlot.
Vinification
The grapes undergo 5–12 hours of skin contact. Fermentation begins spontaneously, with pomace from the white wine Caroline added to the must.
Ageing
The wine matures in old tonneaux and glass-lined tanks.
Tasting profile
The nose has summery fruit and berry aromas. The palate is crisp, fresh and light, with a pleasant natural spritz.
