Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for several months.
Label / history
The Pallavicini family has a long involvement in Italian public life and winemaking. One branch settled between Parma, Piacenza and Cremona, while another established itself in Genoa and entered government and diplomatic affairs. Members of the Genoese branch later moved to Rome, including Nicola Pallavicini, who was born in 1607. The family owns land in the province of Rome, Tuscany and other parts of Italy.
