Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Emilia, where the vines are planted in fertile soils under a warm, temperate climate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. An initial fermentation is followed by a second fermentation that naturally produces carbon dioxide and creates the bubbles.

Refreshing, with pleasant bubbles.

Suitable as an aperitif or with Italian appetizers, including antipasti di perse, cold fish appetizers, capesante, bresaola, bruschetta and caprese.
