Tasting profile
A fine stream of bubbles accompanies a light, fresh and refreshing profile. Floral and clean fruit aromas lead to a delicate structure, lively acidity and a palate that is not overwhelming.
Label / history
The name refers to Ladon, the mythical dragon that guarded the Garden of the Hesperides and its golden apples, symbols of pleasure and beauty. The label bears the motto Virtute Duce, Comite Fortuna (“guided by courage, accompanied by good fortune”), reflecting the wine’s easygoing, open character.
