Vinification
Fully ripe grapes are lightly dried for several days to concentrate the fruit and create a rounder palate. Maceration lasts 7–8 days, extracting colour and texture gently while avoiding heavy tannins. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to retain freshness and clean, pure flavours.
