About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and undergo a brief cold maceration, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for eight months, 90% in stainless-steel tanks and 10% in French oak barrels, followed by a further two months in bottle before release.
Label / history
The estate’s only white wine is named after the family’s only granddaughter, Livia, who is Italian and French. The label bears her footprint from when she was two months old.
