About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the estate’s vineyards in Tuscany. Syrah is dried on the vine before harvest.
Vinification
Sangiovese is harvested at optimal ripeness, while Syrah is picked when overripe after drying on the vine. The grapes are pressed, and the two varieties undergo separate fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
