Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in vineyards in the Chianti region and are harvested at optimal ripeness.
Grapes
The blend is predominantly Sangiovese, with a small proportion of Colorino.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 25–28 °C with skin maceration. Malolactic fermentation follows alcoholic fermentation immediately and is carried out in steel tanks.

Serving and pairing
Aeration before serving is recommended. Pair with barbecue, roasted red meat, braised meat, beef stew or aged cheeses.
