About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

Vineyard improvements were guided by soil analysis and the selection of Sangiovese.

Grapes

The Sangiovese was selected as part of the wine’s development.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated on their skins for 12–14 days. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Ageing

The wine matures in Slavonian or French oak barrels for 6–10 months.
