Label / history
The Zingarelli family acquired the Casamaria estate vineyard in 2003. The name Occhio a Vento, literally “Eye of the Wind,” refers to a beam of light breaking through thick clouds. Fishermen along the Maremma coast regard this phenomenon as a good omen, promising a friendly sea and good fortune ahead.
