About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grow on the stony soils of Bolgheri, where frequent sea breezes influence the climate.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected at harvest. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, followed by 10–15 days of maceration.
Ageing
The wine ages for several months in oak barrels.
