About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay comes from the estate’s plot No. 3, which has limestone soils. The vines are 15 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees for seven months in a combination of new and used barriques.
