About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in the Isonzo River valley.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented with selected yeasts in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 19 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees in stainless steel.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish dishes, appetisers and seafood salads.
