About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the lower part of the Cormons area.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 19 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Rich and concentrated, with pronounced nutty aromas, particularly almond. The concentrated palate has tannic structure and a hint of liquorice stem.
