About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown around Brindisi in Salento, in vineyards at 100 metres above sea level. The sunny climate promotes an elegant, well-balanced fruit character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled 22–24 °C, followed by 12 days of temperature-controlled maceration. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for eight months.
