About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Brindisi area of Salento, in vineyards at 100 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 22–24 °C, followed by 15 days of temperature-controlled maceration. Malolactic fermentation is completed before ageing.
Ageing
The wine ages for eight months in stainless-steel tanks.
