About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay is grown in Pressano and Cembra, mainly on marl and sandy soils at 400–600 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, usually between the last ten days of August and the first ten days of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 °C. Secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle.
Ageing
The wine spends six months on the lees in stainless steel tanks. After disgorgement, it ages in bottle for 36 months.
