About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed. The must remains in contact with the skins for 10 days before fermentation with selected yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages in steel tanks.

Rich and balanced, with bright berry notes on both the nose and palate.
