About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

Produced from grapes grown in Piedmont.

Grapes

Aromatic white grapes.

Vinification

The grapes are selectively harvested by hand and gently pressed. The must is stored at 0°C before fermentation in pressurized tanks. The sparkling character is developed through a second fermentation in a pressurized tank.

Tasting profile

Intense, characteristic floral aromas combine with a lively mousse, creating an inviting and sweet aromatic profile.

Serving and pairing

Suitable with antipasti, as an aperitif, at the end of a meal with desserts and pastries, or outside meals. Cellar life is 2–3 years.

Label / history

Part of the Dulcis range, it is presented as a sweet, intensely aromatic wine for special moments with friends.
