Tasting profile
Deep, bright ruby red in colour, with pleasant plum aromas. The palate is dry and fresh, with good structure.
Serving and pairing
Pair with cold meats, pasta, barbecued food or hamburgers. In summer it may be served chilled with salads or as an accompaniment to a snack. Its cellar life is 2–3 years.

Ottone I takes its name from Otto I of Saxony, one of the central figures in the legend of Aleramo and the foundation of the Monferrato territory.
