Vineyard and terroir
A certified-organic Piemonte wine made from grapes grown with an emphasis on protecting the ecosystem. San Silvestro has produced ICEA-certified organic wines since 2006.

Refined in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Intense straw yellow. Green apple and citron are joined by pronounced floral aromas and nuances recalling honey and wax. The palate is full and rounded, with marked minerality.
Serving and pairing
Intended to be enjoyed young. Suitable as an aperitif and with salads, pasta or fish dishes. Cellar life is 2–3 years.
