The grapes are selectively harvested by hand and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
Maturation continues in stainless-steel tanks until release.

Fresh and inviting, with wildflower aromas and pronounced minerality. The palate is fresh, pleasant and easy-drinking.
Serving and pairing
Suitable for aperitifs, fresh salads, sushi, fish dishes and bruschetta. Cellar life is 2–3 years.
Label / history
Adelasia takes its name from the princess who married Aleramo, the first Marquis of Monferrato.
