Vineyard and terroir
The 25-year-old vines grow in Veneto on gravel-rich soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, selected, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, without the use of sulfites.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless-steel tanks.

Fresh, pleasant and elegant, with a lingering, lightly spicy aroma.

The Castagnedi brothers conceived the "Telos" Il Bianco project in 1995, aiming to create a wine with this fresh, gently spicy character.
