About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Sauvignon Blanc grows in the Berici Hills, on 40-year-old vines. The grapes are harvested by hand.
Vinification
The whole bunches are gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts at 18–20 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for around 120 days, with regular lees stirring during maturation. It is lightly filtered before bottling.
