About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Garganega grows in the Berici Hills, on vines 40 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and dried by the traditional "Picai" method until the end of February. The whole bunches are then pressed and fermented with natural yeasts, with regular lees stirring over 120 days.
Ageing
The wine ages for 10 months in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Bright, sweet wine.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with spicy cheeses, foie gras, pudding, wafer rolls filled with Ricotta and chocolate shavings, and chocolate desserts.
